I get this throbbing pain behind my ear maybe in my ear but kind almost where the jaw meets?

I get this throbbing pain behind my ear maybe in my ear but kind almost where the jaw meets? Could this be High blood pressure or blood clot? I feel like it happens sometimes when i get really mad but maybe a coincident maybe im looking into it too much
I also feel a little lump under my ear i dono if thats related but i remember getting a CT scan of my head and ear and an MRI and i remember it being there and they said nothing so im assuming thats just how im built. I also had a full White blood cell count test and didnt show anything abnormal. Could it be TMJ? does it causes throbbing pain without moving the jaw sometimes? It happens when i move my neck from side to side sometimes. And i do hear a poping noise when i open my mouth wide but it doesnt hurt then

PS im 19 and a HUGE hypochondriac been to doctor almost 12 times in 14 weeks

I think you have answered your own question. One thing it could be, depending upon when it hurts the most, is that you are very tense and may be grinding or clenching your teeth whilst you are asleep. This could cause the pain you describe. I would normally add, but to be on the safe side tell your Dr. But obviously, you’ve done enough of that already.
You are right to get things checked out, but if after several visits the doctor assures you everything is okay, I would think it is okay to believe him.
