How does one stop grinding/clenching teeth while sleeping?
I have chipped my back molar, bitten through a custom-made splint, and wake up most mornings with a sore neck and face. Has anyone cured themselves?
A splint is similar to a night guard, but made by a dentist for your mouth specifically. Mine was harder plastic than the soft rubber ones you can buy for $20 at a pharmacy,
