Mouth guard for teeth clenching?
i have been made a mouth guard/splint as my dentist thinks i clench my teeth during the night ( i have been having pain for 2 years in my teeth) but i have used the mouth guard for 2 nights and my jaws are in AGONY, they ache all during the day. is this just my jaws getting used to the splint or what?
